I figured out the commenting problem....
I wasn't able to comment from my work computer for over a week. I fixed the problem, here is what I did:
Go to tools, and internet options, then delete temp files, history, cookies, passwords and web info.
That basically gives you a clean slate (it won't clear your favorites, so don't worry about that.)
Then, open the internet back up, go to the blogger page, put in your email address and password and then UNcheck the "remember me."
This SHOULD take care of the problem. It did for me!!!
